Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
- Full priced items may be returned for refund or store credit.
- If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
- Send back the item by filling in our returns form here.
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Items marked down in price:
- Sale items will be offered online store credit as a refund.
- Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for refund.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return not due to an incorrect or damaged item. For exchanges, please place a new order.
- Gift cards are not eligible under our refund policy.
- Payment will be refunded to original payment method unless a store credit is given.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
STEP 1: REQUEST RMA NUMBER
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
STEP 2: PACK THE ITEMS
- Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.
- The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
- The RMA # must be clearly written on the shipment.
STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEMS
- You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.
Please Note: We have made every effort to display the colours of the cushions accurately on our website. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile device will accurately reflect the colours of the cushions received in person.
